Winning Children for Christ...

The European Children's and Youth Secretaries' Network Training met recently and there is someover lap with ETL. One issue in particulr centred upon how child focused (rather than child friendly) our training programmes are.

The questions they raise are:

• We need to evaluate how our training colleges incorporate children’s spirituality and ministries into their training programmes?
• Is it possible to evaluate how our training colleges incorporate children’s spirituality into their training programmes?
• How can we incorporate children’s spirituality and ministries’ into our training programmes at our Training Colleges?
• What kind of training in children’s ministries did you receive as a cadet/have you received?
• How can our Training College programmes encourage cadets to be child-friendly in their work?
